Recently, Janpanese research team from Ibaraki University and Yokohama National University found a new active ingredient, Eucommicin A, a β-truxinate lignan from Eucommia ulmoides, is a selective inhibitor of cancer stem cells. And according to their research and clinic experiment, eucommicin a could be a very promising ingredient for the new drug.
Amygdalin is sometimes referred to as Vitamin B17 and is found in nitriloside rich fruits and plants. In its extracted, pure, concentrated form it is known as laetrile.
