Jiaogulan Extract from Gynostemma Leaf is from Chinese Magic grass, Jiaogulan. Jiaogulan grows in the South and Northwestern provinces of China, and contains more than 80 different saponins. These saponins, gynostemma gypenosides are extremely similar to ginsenosides and are considered to be fundamentally equivalent to ginsenosides found in Panax Ginseng and American Ginseng. What’s more, the variety of saponins, gynostemma gypenosides found in jiaogulan extrakt seems to result in broader adaptogenic capabilities.
Gynostemma leaf Extract (jiaogulan extract) is created from using a hot water extraction process that leaves it 10 times more powerful than fresh Gynostemma leaf. In traditional Chinese medicine jiaogulan is believed to have a cool temperature and support the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and spleen.

Jiaogulan, Gynostemma contains more than 80 kinds of saponins, such as glycosides I ~LXXV III, including ginseng glycosides Rb1, and Rb3, and Rd, and ginseng II alcohol, and 2 alpha-hydroxy ginseng II alcohol, 2 Alpha, 19-II hydroxy -12-Deoxy ginseng II alcohol, testing of those ingredients, based on the amount of ginsenosides Rb1 as standard. Additionally gynostemma leaf also contains flavonoid as rutin, α-pineapples, sterols. And we mainly named it as Total Gypenosides, and also keep this as the standard of our jiaogulan extract.
